Daily use of sun block, moisturiser and makeup can easily clog the skin. Twice daily cleansing and regular exfoliation will definitely keep your skin topically cleaned, but what about deep inside the pores and follicles?

 

If the skin was completely flat it would be fine just to scrub it… but it’s not! The skin has pores and follicles that need to be regularly cleaned. Dirty, blocked skin is characterized by blackheads, congestion and blemishes. To vacuum the skin would be an ideal way to ensure the skin is deeply cleaned and decongested. We don’t sweep carpets we vacuum them, it’s the same with our skin. With pores and follicles we need to clean them out too.

But what about washing it too?

 

The newest way to ensure that you have the cleanest possible skin treatment is with Hydrabrasion. Hydrabrasion is a system that exfoliates the skin with diamonds but simultaneous cleans the skin too. It’s a lot like getting your carpets professionally cleaned.

 

To maximize the most effective treatment, the Hydrabrasion uses a system of water & aloe vera. We use water to clean and aloe to provide contact cooling and instant soothing. Well the truth is, your skin isn't flat. It has pores and follicles that go deep into the skin. Dirt, oil and dead skin all can get trapped and blockages can occur. Blackheads, pimples, even 'blind' sore, pimples/cysts are all caused from build up.

 

The MINIVAC technology is all about washing the skin out. Washing it deep to ensure unexpected blemishes don't happen.

So how does it work? Well firstly, it's not what you would expect. Actually the technology is a very gentle system, that doesn't hurt. You probably could take a nap while the treatment is being done. Very different to getting your teeth cleaned! Your skin will be cleansed, then a small diamond tip that is attached to a mild vacuum cleaner is worked over your skin to exfoliate it and to remove dead skin. Once the blockages are cleared from the pores and follicles, a deeper clean can be achieved. Continual motion over the skin will keep removing dead skin from deep within each pore. It's like vacuuming your carpets with a once over or going over the carpet many times to get the best result. The treatment only takes about 20 minutes, but long enough to wash out every pore. Once the diamond tip is finished, you will have a second treatment with a water system, this will wash out the pores and follicles to ensure the best skin wash ever.

 

Maintenance is achieved by cleaning your skin twice a day, exfoliating at least once a week, and continuing this treatment a minimum of once a month. The moment you get sight of a blind pimple, blackheads or a nasty pimple about to break through, it's a sign you need another treatment!
